Protection from landmines and ERW: Main objective is to survey and clear the contaminated areas with landmines, UXO and others, building the resilience to risk of mines threats through raising awareness in order to reduce and mitigate the risks of landmines, UXOs & ERW and their negative impact.
Food Security & Livelihoods including war affected people: The main objective is to enhance the Livelihoods and FS vulnerability to landmines and others.
Disaster Risk Reduction Management: With the objective of building resilience to risk such as landmines, flood, drought ,conflict and endemic disease, in addition to responding to emergency situation and its impact.
Cross Cutting Issues:To enhance the sustainability of the positive impact on the life of target groups/beneficiaries, the NUMAD is mainstreaming environment and gender across the programmes.
